A workspace is one legal entity’s books. Each one has its own chart of accounts, currency, fiscal year, tax registrations and period locks, so the numbers of one company never mix with another’s.

If you run three companies, you have three workspaces at $49 each, all under one organization with one bill. You switch between them from the same login. Adding a workspace adds $49 a month. Nothing else changes.

• You use the full product, so you can upload a real bank statement and see real reports.
• The trial belongs to the workspace. An organization gets one free trial.
• Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. You add a card when you decide to stay.

• By card, monthly. Payments go through Stripe, in US dollars, with UAE dirham billing available. Existing Nigerian customers can keep paying in naira through Paystack.
• One bill for every workspace. The organization pays; each workspace shows whether it is covered, on trial or needs attention.
• Cancel any time. The organization owner cancels from the Billing page.
• Export any time. Your reports and data export to CSV or Excel whenever you like, during the trial and while you pay. If a plan lapses, nothing is deleted.

The Bookkeeper agent is an AI agent you can add to a workspace. It codes bank transactions, matches payments to invoices and bills, flags duplicates and unusual amounts, keeps a month-end checklist and sends a weekly report on its work. A person approves every item before anything reaches your books.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. Team members are unlimited in every workspace.

Does my accountant need their own subscription?

No. You invite your accountant, auditor or tax adviser into your workspace for a set period at no extra cost. See how accountant access works.

Can I add another company later?

Yes. Add a workspace whenever you need one; it costs $49 a month like the others.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It isn’t deleted when a plan ends. Export it to CSV or Excel, or ask us to delete it.
