Channel partners

Sell Yako in your market. Bill your customers your way.

Independent sales partners bring Yako to owners we can’t reach from Dubai: through their own network, in their own language, with their own invoice. You find and onboard the customer and bill them locally; Yako keeps the books.

A channel partner sells and supports. Firms that run clients’ books on Yako have their own page and programme.

Two ways a customer pays

Direct

Stripe

By card in US dollars on yakobooks.com, with UAE dirham available. The customer signs up, adds a card, done.

Through a channel partner

Local invoice

The partner invoices the customer in the local currency and by the local method (bank transfer, mobile money, cash where that’s how business is done), and settles with Yako.

Either way the customer’s books, data and login are their own. A partner never holds a customer’s books unless the customer invites them in.

Who we’re looking for

People owners already trust with their business.

Partners who already sit at the owner’s table: the person they call about tax, software, banking or payroll. Yako is the product they recommend; the relationship stays theirs.

Independent sales partners

Sell and bill

Resellers and consultants with an SME network in one city or country. You sell, onboard, invoice locally and support.

Business services firms

Sell and bill

Company formation, PRO, tax registration and compliance outfits who meet owners at day one.

Software and IT resellers

Sell and bill

Firms that already install, train and support business software locally.

Academic and training institutions

Refer

Universities, polytechnics, professional bodies and training institutes. Teach bookkeeping on Yako with a demo company for every learner, and introduce the businesses your alumni and executive-education clients run. Yako bills the customer; you refer.

Students

Refer

Accounting, finance and business students, best in cohorts through their institution. Learn Yako hands-on, set up the businesses around you, and earn a referral for each one that stays. Real experience on real books before your first job.

Accounting firms

Own programme

Welcome here too, and most will prefer the firm programme: running clients' books on Yako, with volume pricing.

Two models, one page. Sell-and-bill partners invoice the customer themselves. Referral partners introduce the customer, and Yako bills them directly; the partner’s part is recognised per customer who stays.

What a partner does

Find, onboard, bill, support.

A named territory or sector, and clear lines on who supports what. The terms are agreed with each partner.

You bring the customer

Demo, sign-up, the first statement uploaded, the country's taxes set up. You know the owner's business and their bank.

You bill locally

Your invoice, your currency, your method. You settle with Yako on agreed terms.

You give first-line support

Questions about using Yako, in the customer's language and hours. Product problems come to us, and we fix them for everyone.

We give you the product and the materials

A partner login, a demo company to show, the one-pager and the country guides, and a named person at Yako.

What stays the same

The customer’s books are the customer’s.

Their data, their login

A partner sells and supports. They see a customer's books only if the customer invites them in, as a member or on a scoped engagement, and that shows in the audit trail.

Same product, same price list

A customer who comes through a partner gets the same Yako, at the published price for their country, with every update. The partner's margin is on the inside, not on top.

If a partner stops

The customer keeps their books and moves to direct billing. Nothing is deleted and nothing changes in the ledger.
